Im 15 and I have been circumcised for nearly a year now. And for a while now I have had a dry red patch on the head of my penis. Its not the whole head just a patch of it. It is also more sensitive then the rest of the head. Is there anyway to get rid of this?

damn im late 5 years late...but i have the same problem, i had it once before actually...its like flaky redish skin about half a centimetre right? and its on the head?
