It wasn't until recently that I discovered this brown-dry-patch of skin on my penis foreskin (uncircumcised).
I thought it was just a slight irritation, so I decided to wait a day. Now I discover that a small part of it is bleeding. Not like oozing out blood, but the color red and when you apply a wet tissue you can see a little blood.

I am pretty sure this is ONLY on my foreskin. So my question is is this natural and harmless just due to irritation, or do I really need to get this checked out?
