I had the same exact reactions you described. My legs were so bad I had to be taken out in rescue. The pain was so bad they gave me Valium to calm done and Demerol shots for 6 hours. Cried in the hospital all by myself. It was awful. I’ll never do cortisone again.

I use pramipexole. It works most nights, but when it doesn’t, I eat two tablespoons of peanut butter. In about 15 minutes, I can actually lay back down.
No one told me to try peanut butter. I woke up in severe pain one night, and I was craving peanut butter. I have since read that peanut butter helps because it is full of magnesium.
