Hi, there are certain symptoms indicating RLS and not sciatica or other rheumatoid disease. But, I am for instance affected by RLS and rheumatoid arthritis, so it is not possible to distinguish which condition is aggravating when I feel pain. Restless legs syndrome is characterized by irresistible urge to move the legs and rheumatoid conditions are not. Patients with RLS feel creeping, crawling, tingling, or burning in their legs. But, there are also rheumatic diseases that affect legs. As you said that you need to walk, it is probably a case of RLS. Try some medications to improve this condition and get back to normal way of living.
