Mostly just posting for verification. Theyve been there for as long as I can remember and I've always been very self conscious about them so I wanted to verify what they are, if they are harmful in any way, and find out about removal/treatments if available.
I apologize in advance if posting pictures is not allowed, please remove this post immediately. I took 2 shots of the same area of the scrotum that I'm referring to, you can see the bumps in the lower and upper left center of both pictures.

They are glands that provides a greasy substance to keep the skin smooth and flexible, and sometimes they clog, nothing to worry about.
these are the same kind of glands you can find on your nipples and are perfectly normal.
