White bumps on penis

Hello :-) . I know this is a common question, but still :-D .

I have these small and white bumps all over my penis ( except on the head ).
They don't itch, hurt or anything.

I've looked up on some site and it said these are Sebaceous Glands. There was also this picture on the site : http://www.sexdictionary.info/assets_active/sebaceousglands.jpg

And I have the exact same bumps as on the picture. Now, I just want someone else to confirm that these really are Sebaceous glands, and that they are harmless.

Uh, and yeah, I'd never had sex before.
