This is super embarrassing so I am hoping to figure out a solution online.

I got laser hair removal done on my privates over a year ago. Once, the technician went too hard on my cleft and she also realized this. Although I have stopped the laser sessions since, I believe the scar was as a result of this burning incident, since it runs along where she did the laser.

It's not bothersome for the most part, but after a long day, it dries up and gets pretty itchy/flaky.

Any thoughts on what this could be, and what I can do to fix it?
