Ur fine dude girls dont care because they all have the same thing...
& to be honest if 99% of girls actually knew there was some puss in there you would have them squeezing them all day, this is nor anything other than normal man please do urself a big favor and go find a girlfriend who will also have SP (please look up what SP is, since its NOT something that just affects men) .... hahahaha ;)

I'm 18 and I'm barely looking this up! I honestly remember having these as long as I remember. I think I remember having them since I was 7 and I remember I had to use a special cream but I don't remember it ever really helping out. But I'm definitely going to try out using acne products or something. And it is true, girls don't seem to notice it.

I have had them since puberty nearly 25 years ago. I think i have been in constant relationships since then and only one girl ever asked after 9 months, i told her it was just hair follicles and she did not care, she wanted children but i declined (too young at the time). They never pay too much attention to your penis anyway unless you chase them round the room with it or air it in public all the time. Keep away from direct sunlight and bright bulbs and no one will know nor care. There is always the worry that a new gf might make issue of it but from experience they never do. Girls are interested in men who f**k them for hours, make them laugh and men who keep in good shape physically. Oh and spend money on them occasionally. (money = sex) Your penis is the last of their criteria. I would recommend always keeping you penis super clean when with a gf, do not watch porn (you do not need reminders) and go out to enjoy life..... You only have one, how ever it turns out, so make the most of it. After all, you only have a few bumps on your penis which most people will never see.... not three arms and two deformed heads.

Doubt whether anyone will read this at the back of the thread, but thought I'd share a few (hopefully informed) thoughts. I first got SP around 8 years ago when I was 14 and it crushed my self confidence for a long time - a time when I was hardly speaking to girls at all, let alone anything else. I trawled all the old forums and tried all the creams, whilst shying away from the PIEB/excision.
One interesting point I read back then was that the condition is particularly common amongst those who suffer from back-acne, as I did terribly. I was put on Roaccuate to treat that around the age of 17 and it worked a charm, although it is an incredibly severe drug that dries your whole body out and makes your bones ache etc. It 'cured' the SP in a matter of weeks by essentially stopping sebum production everywhere. However life is pretty insufferable on it and I wouldn't take it again to temporarily rid myself of SP.
The best thing you can do - and I know its easier to say than think - is to just take care of your tackle (clean it, put whatever cream on it that you think makes the skin smooth, etc) and then get out there and forget about it. I've been with numerous women now, which is something I never thought I'd say, and NONE of them mentioned it, including my current girlfriend of a year and a half. Once I pointed it out to her and she just wasn't fussed at all. Incidentally these things do cover about half my penis and are pretty prominent. If you're nervous about it then just get it on in the dark for a while - that's almost always possible and after a while you'll realise that no one cares about it anyway. Final point - DONT SQUEEZE! If I had my time again that's the only thing I'd chance. It just makes them bigger.
Hope that helps some of you younger guys. Just crack on with life.

How to reduce (not completely cure) sebaceous glands:
I have suffered from sebaceous glands on my penis for almost 5 years now and I have learned that squeezing them doesn't help, I used to squeeze them before I knew I was going to have sex so that girls wouldn't notice them so much but this only imflames them and can cause infection.
I have been to the doctors 3 times only to be turned away because they are 'perfectly normal' and 'natural', well no matter how normal they are I don't like the look of them and they affect my self confidence majorly, I havent told my girlfriend of over a year about them and do everything to hide them from her noticing.
I have tried lots to get rid of them, including toothpaste (which burns your penis and makes the skin peel off and hurt) I've tried squeezing them like hell but all this does it make it worse. I have found that tea tree oil is the best as it is an antibacterial agent known for antiseptic healing propertys, however pure tea tree oil has similar side effects to toothpaste, and having peeling skin all over your penis is worst than the sebecaeous glands themselves.
The way I reduced my symptoms of my squeezable pussing ones is as follows, there is no way that im aware of to get rid of ones that don't secrete the white stuff.
You'll need:
A flannel, have one just for your penis for hygiene reasons
A Tea Tree oil wash (I use the superdry one which is £1.05)
A Tea tree oil Moisturiser (not essential but skin can become slightly dry)
Method:
First take a flannel and run under very hot water (not painfully hot but the hotter the better)
Next wrap the hot water soaked flannel around your penis, and reapply more hot water to flannel when it becomes cool. Keep your penis wrapped anywhere from 5-15 minutes. This will loosen the secreeting liquid and open pores in your penis.
If there are any very prodominant sebaceous glands then VERY gently squeeze some of the puss out, because it has been loosened it will not require hard squeezing and the tea tree wash will reduce risk of infection.
Then apply the Tea tree cream following the instructions on the bottle and wash off with cold water (which will close pores reducing the amount of dirt that can get in)
Once washed you can apply a small amount of the Tea Tree cream wash onto the penis and leave there, (wash off immediately if you have a strong burning sensation or if your about to meet your girl)
Repeat morning and night unless your penis becomes sore or irritated, in this case prolong treatment until it is no longer sore.
If penis skin becomes dry then apply the Tea Tree Moisturiser, which will treat at the same time whilst replenising moisture to your skin.
Symptoms will most likely return a few weeks after finishing the treatment so its best to have this as part of your routine as you would cleaning your teeth.
Please let me know if this has helped you,
All the best,
Tom

An herb called Burdock reduces it greatly. You take it orally and within a couple weeks the bumps become flat and hardly noticable, the smaller ones completely disappear

they do not bother me much but i have one that i tried to pop and it turned into a bigger cyst. this is the only one that sticks out and id hate to have a girl see it and say something thinking it was an std. im happier that its what it is instead of an std but id still like to have it dissapear. i showed my doc this and he said it was a cyst but the lazy f***k didnt explain treatment or anything. if theres a doctor reading this he should help the patient by giving him all of his knawledge on the topic, and inform if any options are available. you dont need a degree to figure that out

Thank you...Thank you for your positive outlook and optimism...
I've recently developed SP and it's affecting me, emotionally and mentally...
Seeing this has given me some hope :) I hope some sort of laser treatment (similar to cosmetic treatments, like for veins/hair etc) will be developed one day :)
Imagine how many people would benefit and how many guys will be getting involved with it!
Thanks again!
NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!

Would the talc not clog the pores more?
How often with the hot compress'? Like 2/3 times a day? And apply talc immediately after? On wet skin or dry?
Thanks! :)
