I will be sure to keep you guys updated. If you try this, make sure to use a powder that absorbs!!! Using powders that aren't meant to absorb may not work nearly as well. Also, please post your results because ruling out the methods that occasionally work vs don't work is very important - it is the only way of finding an adequate solution to sb we have! We have to stop this habit of posting once and then never again if we want to actually get somewhere...think of it like we are a group of scientists sent to find a decent product that reduces sb effects (but dont go over the edge with experiementing...ive read some truly vile posts in the past...do your research!).

You punks are lucky to have the internet! Whatever you do, do not dork around with scissors or scalpal or anything. If a suggestion on a forum from a 13 yr old sounds stupid it probably is. The problem is that the medical community isn't interested in finding a cure since there are no medical side effects only extreme psycological ones!
There is no known cure, I like to think there may be something to reduce them. Go find sites specifically built for this topic, and you will basically find a bunch of home remedies - One of which involves cold pressed castor oil and and aloe vera (both topical), which sounds like it may help. Participate. Do research and share information.

Not all men. Just a significant majority. I, for one, no longer have any Fordyce spots (sebaceous prominence), not even visible under a magnifying glass. I used to, but not anymore.
"normal... you should leave them alone."
Should he? He dislikes the poor aesthetic appearance of the spots and thus wants to remove them, if possible. Just because they are very normal (which he may or may not be aware of already) does not mean he shouldn't seek a method of removal for cosmetic purposes.
"You can’t make Sebaceous Prominence disappear."
This isn't necessarily true either. Reliable treatments are, indeed, rather scarce at the moment but I succeeded in removing the few spots I had with laser treatments (I am fortunate in having a family member in the cosmetic laser business and can get various free treatments). That was in 2009, and they have showed no signs of return as the sebaceous glands that cause the spots have been completely destroyed. I've noticed from the internet that some others have had success with laser treatments (and also with the self-administered "PIEB method," which seems to be one of if not the most popular, but sounds a little bit crude and risky to me). Furthermore, whilst information on sebaceous prominence removal might be quite limited today, there are various promising laser/IPL/electrolysis developments in the pipeline aimed at the destruction of sebaceous glands that would be extremely relevant to the removal of sebaceous prominence (these are being developed primarily as a method for treating acne, but given the common cause of acne and sebaceous prominence - the sebaceous gland - any treatment aimed at destroying these glands would certainly be relevant to both). So it may well be the case that soon, there will be a very straightforward method of removing Sebaceous Prominence - far simpler than the laser treatment I experienced. You can certainly make it disappear.
