Hi i have had sebaceous prominence for about 5 years now i am 21 years old and have had plenty of girlfriends. Some have left me because of it and some havent. I would really like to know what is the best way to treat this or how to keep them under control.

How did you realize what you had was sebaceous prominence? Did you see pictures of it?
If you have already encountered any info regarding sebaceous prominence, I believe that you already know that they are considered to be normal.
Are they so visible, so that girls would leave you because of them? My boyfriend also has these but they are visible only when his foreskin is stretched.
Sebaceous prominence spots are located on the sebaceous glands and the glands produce sebum. I also believe that the white stuff in SP is also sebum.
The only thing I know about sebum is that it may collect excessively if aggravated by poor hygiene, fat foods and accelerated glandular activity, especially during adolescence.
You can’t get rid of it but you may get some more, so make sure you keep your area clean and tidy ( but don’t wash excessively) and avoid eating too much junk food and sweats.
