43 yr old health male, just took two rounds of Z-pack for upper respitory infection, wife and I have daily intercourse, wife is now complaining of yeast infection and I have developed dry flaky skin on my penis and experience burning during intercourse??? could the antibiotics pass in my semen and upset the balance in her vagina causing yeast infections in us both?
