I have been on this med for many years now and in the last few my son went on it. The doctor upped med to 150 and within 4 days he developed seratonin syndrome. After hallucinations, full body jerks and lack of control he was admitted to hospital. On day 3 he developed seizure like withdrawls and tachycardia. This continued for 2 days several times qnd he was cut cold turkey. Now we are still in withdrawl and the aggitation is insane. I will say to anyone considering this drug be careful, its powerful and if your sensitive to medication this is not the drug for you
