I'm experiencing sever lower abdominal pain directly after sex. The pain is so severe that I cannot breathe or walk comfortably until it subsides. Sitting makes the pain worse. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex only twice, the last time was about a week and a half to two weeks ago. My main concern is pregnancy as we are both only 17. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I felt very nauseated while the pain was present. The pain did not go away until after about 3 hours. When I woke up the next day I had small pains, more of an achey feeling, in the same area. Your answers will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, thanks for your answer, other symptoms could be: sickness, pain of breasts, nauseas, hunger or desires of eating something specific, bad character, headache, insomnia, etc. The home pregnancy tests are not 100% reliable but they can give you a prompt idea.

Are you having quite hard sex? And is he of quite a size? I sometimes get this too. Sometimes the morning after I have a bit of pain and an ache. But it's usually after we've had quite hard sex and I think it's just that my boyfriend is pounding into me really hard and he's not a small guy.

The sex was not rough at all. We have had some rougher sex before and it was ppinful afterwards but this pain was completely different. I have never felt pain that intense or in that area. And over the past few days my breasts have been rather tender.
