I last had sex a little over a week ago and I have been experiencing left lower abdominal pain for about a week. I am also having brownish spotting and my breasts are tender. I know that the tender breasts could be a sign of pregnancy but what about the abdominal pain. It occurs w/ movement, sneezing, and going to the bathroom. Also it hurts to press on it. It's hard to tell just over a week after you had sex. Usually, you can only get pregnant if you have sex more than a week before your period, since it takes the fertilized egg about a week to implant into your uterus and if it didn't make it there (in case you ovulate late in your cycle), it just gets flushed out with your period.
Swollen/tender breasts and cramping can be pregnancy signs, but they can also be PMS signs. The discharge could be an implantation bleeding, or the start of your period? Take a pregnancy test if your period doesn't come when it is supposed to, and you will know...
