Im 14 years old, about to be 15 in a few months. For a few months now my period has been much more regular but the cramps have gotten absolutely unbearable. i cant go to school or even walk when im on my period anymore. i get severe lower abdominal pain, hot and cold flashes, severe back pain, ive thrown up because of the pain (i was NOT nuseaus). and about a week before i get my period a few times a day i will get a very sharp pain around where i suppose my uterus would be. i have no idea if thats normal or not but i figured id add that in here. ive been sexually abused in the past and am absolutely terrified of doctors i cry to the thought of them so going to one is not an option. i need some advice as to wat is causing this, ive been doing reseach for months on this now but cant find anything that is similar to wat im going threw. please please help :(

There's a couple of things you can do to try to relieve the pain. Take paracetamol/ibuprofen, drink hot drinks, have a bath, use a hot water bottle and generally keep clean. The medicine/warmth help soothe pain and being clean helps mentally. Sometimes periods just really hurt but if it does continue the doctor could help.
