Im 22, never had very light periods to begin with. and for the first time ever im experiencing spotting. this only occurs at night tho. during the day theres nothing there. im on night number 2 of the spotting and am experiencing bloating with light abdominal pains, mainly protruding to the right side. ive had a constant headache for the last 48 hours and have been severely exhausted and ive wanted to do nothing but sleep and relax. it started at the time i was supposed to have gotten my full blown period, but instead im only spotting. what could this mean?

Im 19 i have been on the pill for 3 years i havent taken it for a week and a half and had unprotected sex with my partner and im experiencing hot flushes mainly at night time, Dizziness during the day, light spotting and im not due for my reg period for another 2 weeks and i also have had headache for the last day that i cant shake. I took a home preg test and as i suspected it was neg as im not due for 2 more weeks. The symtoms seem the same as yours but i also dont no what this could mean!!
