i'm 17 years old and i have been sexually active for a few months now. i got my first depo shot on sept. 18 and i had sex on sept. 30. was there enough time for the depo to become effective? lately, i've been feeling nauseous and i've had some major headaches. the headaches are so bad, i can't stand up sometimes. i get really dizzy and lightheaded and feel like i'm going to throw up. i've also gained some weight, about 3 or 4 pounds, and my stomach looks bloated. i've been really emotional, like i'm pms-ing, but-- no period. i experienced some light bleeding on oct. 5, 6, and 7. and i haven't had a period since then. could i be pregnant?
