What is the pain like near your kidneys? Do you see any blood (pink or brown) in your urine? How is the smell of your urine? You could possibly have a kidney stone or a bladder or urinary tract infection.

It seems to me like you are having problems with urinary tract infection. Have you had any problems before with infections in your urinary system? The fact that you have pain in your back and the pain when you masturbate are really the symptoms of urinary tract infection. Do you have any pain when you urinate? Have you noticed any changes in the color of your urine or maybe if there is any foul smell in the urine? My suggestion would be to take some antibiotics to clear out the infection from your urinary tract. Also if this condition is worsen you need to see a doctor and to run some test, because this might be caused by kidney stones as well.
