I havnt threw up yet, i did a little in my mouth but my whole body doesnt shake but i feel like inside im shaking and my stomach hurts really bad, it feels really uncomfortable  Im tired alot i cant sleep i will fall asleep for a little then i will wake up and it will just keep happening. I feel drained and im thirsty all day.
