Couple of months ago I had a reaction to some medication. Afterwards every now and then as I would be falling asleep my body would shake a bit. Now, my wife when she notices will wake me up and say that I’m shaking in my sleep. I don't have any difficulty going back to sleep after she wakes me and I’m normally not tired the next day. Anyone have any suggestions, is it some side effect from drug?

I have also had this problem and my doc says its nothing and I am healthy otherwise. Shaking in sleep does not seem to be listed as a disorder anywhere, and my doc doesn't seem to think it is anything to be concerned about it. I am shaking in my sleep for months and I wasn’t on any drug recently. What is strangest does not know if it is really happening as it is in that falling to sleep stage that it happens. It tends to wake me up completely, but like you I have no problem falling back to sleep.
