Hi, everyone, I happen to have a strange issue, and as much as I've tried to find a diagnosis,  this issue has stumpted me for many years.

The weirdest thing is that It only occasionally happens after going to the swimming pool and eating fatty foods after.

I typically get a sharp pain afterwards right below my belly button, and it gets worse as I pee or try standing up straight. Typically, if I have to pee I have to bend over to prevent the pain from killing me, and walk like that to a chair or bed.

However these symptoms completely disapear a few hours after at the earliest, or a day after at the latest.

I have no idea what it can be, but I would appreciate if anyone can give me some clues on the right direction.

Hi, Zee.

It is possible that you have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are caused by bacteria that enter the urinary tract and can cause pain and burning while urinating, as well as abdominal pain and sometimes fever. If the pain persists and gets worse, you should see your doctor to get tested and treated with antibiotics if necessary.

It is easily treated, so don't worry. Let us know if your symptoms subsided.
