Hey, I took these tablets for a while. As I was being bullied at school and couldn't sleep. My mum picked these because they are herbal. At the beginning it really worked. It could of been a mental thing. I was sleeping in my mums room for like 11 weeks as I got bad anxiety and hated going to school. One stage I didn't sleep at all and couldn't go to school. These tablets helped at the begining. However I started getting addicted and aggravated. Moreover I'm only 13 turning 14 so maybe they were to strong. My mum was just trying to help

Can someone help me. My mother had altziehmers for 8 years. I looked after her until it became impossible. Then she went into a home , whereby I have spent the last 3 years visiting her 5 times a week. She passed away 3 weeks ago. I thought I had bereaved over a period of time prior. But it has hit me so bad. Do not want to eat . Cannot sleep, constant crying, I feel so lost. Should zip take kalms ? I am already in antidepressants from the death of my father. I just feel so miserable. From someone that was so cheerful and people always commented on my lively spirit, zip even did 2 years voluntary at the home. I feel so down. I have been taking these tablets for a week, I experienced headaches, abdominal cramps and nausea, which made my mood worse, I have stopped taking them for two days I am feeling so much better, but please be aware of the possible side effects of them.

Could it possibly be that your mood swings are just the same, but that you are noticing them now where as because you felt so bad all of the time before taking Kalms, you weren't aware of them and how bad they actually were.

i am not sleeping well at the moment so i bought one a night calms and have took them for 4/5 nights and the first few nights they seemed to help then after that they didnt seem to have any effect, i seem to be stressing and feel tired all the time, im sleeping 3/4 hours in the night, i am not on any other meds, i have bad headaches and anxiety

Are you kidding yourself. They are XANAX which are a highly addictive and dangerous tablet which should not be taken on a long term basis. You need to get to the bottom of the real issue. Why are you anxious? And avoid or minnimise those things. You will ruin your liver with long term use and your liver is an organ which when abused will abuse you later in life! Get a grip people!
