Can some one tell me how long will it take before the anxiety subsides, what were their symptoms , Can a ECG and blood work for stroke be enuff to give some insight on my status. I'm 80 lbs over weight and stopped smoking only 33 days ago. Anxiety comes and goes with tingling in my left palms. Then I take some Kalms. I began taking tablets for hypertension since 8 days now light headed I just wanna be healthy past this cigarette thing I have three young kids and I am going out of my mind

Hey , Please Chill you are doing just fine by staying off Smoking , Yes you may have a Bit of Anxiety at the moment but it will ease if you calm down , try not to be dependant on Calm's , Can you talk to your Family Doctor just how you are feeling ,
