Have any of you done the lighter life diet? I have been looking around for good diets and I saw that there were quite a few good reviews of the lighter life diet. I am sure it works, but every diet has some side effects, and I did not come across any mentions of those, so I was hoping someone with first hand experience could tell me about the side effects of the lighter life diet?
