Hello guys

One cousin of mine needs help because he wants to start following calorie shifting diet but he doesn’t know anything about it. He doesn’t even know how this diet works. I promised him that I will find some useful information for him and told him not to start with the diet until I am done searching.

I am sure that someone here has some experience with the calorie shifting diet and I prefer personal testimonials than some “editor’s reviews”. I have found some information on the internet but I think those are just false reviews. So please write me some experiences and please tell me how does this diet work?

Hey there.

I don’t have any personal experience but I can give you some information that will be very useful for you (and your cousin) because my mom used to follow Calorie Shifting Diet for about one year.

Even though there is no scientific evidence to prove this diet’s efficiency my mom have lost all of her belly fat by following it and she feels great now. If you ask her, she will tell you that this is the best diet in the world. :)

The diet plan is based on the concept of confusing the metabolism by changing up the number of calories you consume each day. That means you have weekly goals (number of calories) and you try to achieve the goal by consuming the different amount of calories every day.

Hello everybody I saw this topic about calorie shifting diet and I find it very interesting because I have followed this diet. Sam_I_Am is right about the way this diet works. I am glad your mum succeeded to lose her extra pounds but the diet didn’t work for me. To be honest, I have followed it for just a month and I quitted because of the lack of results. I have read somewhere that by changing the daily calorie intake you increase resting metabolic rate, and burn more calories as well. Maybe it didn’t work for me because I quitted quickly and maybe because I didn’t exercise while I was following it (some people say I should have).
