small bumps on vag, pain and possible yeast possible not. Co

Hey so, my mom doesnt know but I was taking birth controll for a while but since i wasnt sexually active and it was only a precaution and it started to make me gain weight i stopped. But my vagina in really red and there are small, TINY, bumps all around it but they arent always there they go away but come back. I have always gotten alot of white creamy discharge that is sometimes clear and sometime VERY noticale and sometimes it dries yellow. Now there is alot of pain and soreness, I went to get monistat and am taking that as we speak. I am almost positive its a yeast infection... but what if its not. I have only had sex once and that was a year ago and I didnt have any problems before and i had gotten tested for gonohrea and syphilis or something like that (the urine test) and it came back negative.
Could I have a more serious problem?
It all started when I took a bath yesterday night and had used a powder that was a toxin cleansing thing... but i used it before without a problem. I am just reallyfreaked out there are also random dots of blood coming from me and I am just really worried especially since we are in between health insurances and i am moving this week so if there is a serous problem and I dont have health insurance?? AHG HELP
oh and im 16
