Guys i'm only 16 and its making me sick with worry. underneath my penis where the shaft meets the scrotum i have one, at first in was minute, after a few days it had gone. Now it's re-appeared and it's bigger, if you put your two little fingers next to eachother it's probably as long as the width of your fingers. it hurts and I don't know what to do at all, I only found it thiis morning. I'm trying not to get over worried but this is something which I thought would never happen to me :'( Someone please reply to this thnx

I also have one of these lumps, it is under the skin on the side of my shaft and feels like a grain of rice. It has been there for months and it doesn't hurt but squeezing it doesn't help. I am not worried about it, I am pretty sure it is a Fordyce Spot, which you will see with a web search is a harmless condition that is very common. I hope this sets some of you guys minds at ease.

My best answer is go to the doctor and make sure your specific,if it only appears when your erect then tell them and if you are worried MAKE SURE they take you seriously. I had a friend who had to lose the tip of his because he didnt push the doctors to look.His was only noticable when he was erect and didnt tell the doctor during the appointment and 5 years later he had a big issue that had to be snipped off. Me and the rest of the guys still mess with him about being a "lil short" or "less a man" kinda jokes,along with another friend who lost a ball when he was younger.

So if you are worried and/or dont want to risk it:GET TO A DOCTOR!!

17 and i've had a small lump (much smaller than a pea) for about 2 months

I never hurt but is started hurting about half a week ago

Today while i was examining it, it popped like a pimple and pus came out

for a lot of you it might be the same case and you might have to just wait for the thing to pop.

Either way, show it to a doctor, better safe than missing half a penis

hi, did you find out what it was- i have this exact problem just i haven't braved the doctors yet, been there about 2 years and has not gotten any larger etc within this time- however size does increase temporarily after rough-long periods of sex- sorry people lol. any further forward with your problem? thanks

Just discovered it today of all days. I'm 26 years old and this is my first time noticing it. TOday! Not yesterday! Not the day before! But today!.....why? I've been to urologists for many years regarding my hydrosele operations and so far....no cancer. Concerned, only because on my mother's side, reproductive issues arose and even killed one family member. Not STD related.

Hello, I am scared because I have the same thing on my shaft. It's not noticeable when flaccid, but it's noticeable when erect. I felt it out and it seems like a bump on my inner penis prior too under my skin. It's hard and small. I researched it and couldn't really find anything. please help all of us out. And it doesn't hurt. And I'm scared because my girlfriend and I have been thinking about sex. But I am scared about this bump.

I had the same thing, it was rock solid but I managed to pop mine, white thick puss was released and then it started to swell, to atleast 6 x its normal size, it hurts to touch and the pain has spread across my pubic bone and inner thigh, as if the tissue is bruised, but its not, any help on how to make the puss stop and swelling go down?I am 14 years of age and sexually active.

HI Guys

I’ve had a burning pain for years when going to the toilet been to doctors, urologists etc and they all say I have nothing to worry about apart from prostatitis. I don’t think I have it but I was put on long turn antibiotics

I also found a lump the other day just under the skin behind the head of my penis when I push on it my pain seems to get worse

I’ve used thrush cream from over the counter to deaden the pain but I’m unsure what the lump is, any ideas

Is there a gland or something just behind the head that can become infected?
