I have the same thing, when I play with it (squeeze, pull) it gets bigger when I forget about it for a while it gets small, for years I thought it was a microchip implanted by the cops at the hospital but thanks to you guys now I don't know!

I have a pea sized lump under the skin (not visible to the eye) located on the top and middle of the shaft. Also feels like there is another near where the tip meets the shaft. No major pain, but tender if poked at too much from trying to check them.
Saw GP and basically dismissed it as benign and watch for next two weeks. They are unsettling and a bit uncomfortable. Will report back in 2 weeks

Also should note they are nearly impossible to locate when erect, but I feel mild discomfort where they are located, almost like a pressure sensation with very slight pain. Nothing that would inhibit sexual activity.
