hello

this past year i think my tesicles have become harder, i am 15 years old (alomost 16)my left testicle is a bit larger than my right and hangs down lower in the scrotum , and i have noticed a slight lump to the bottom left of the left testicle. it seems to move around a a little when i move it but it does not hurt, but i can also squeeze my testcicles quite hard without them hurting. and then i noticed one is the same place on my right testicle. i am quite concerned about this , is it possible to have cancer in both testicles at the same time?. im scared to go to a doctor and i have my GCSE's coming up

thankyou

Yes, it is possible to have cancer of the testicle on both at the same time, but the odds of this happening at your age are low.

It is good that you are performing self examinations, and the fact that you have found similar structures on both sides should be reassuring, not worrying.

As long as they are not painful, you have no bleeding, and it doesn't both you to feel about, you are probably in no great danger to wait a day or two before consulting a medical person.

I'm not sure what a GCSE is, but I take it that it may be exams or a test of some kind.

If you are concerned about your testicles and want reassurance that everything is alright. You can schedule an appointment with a doctor or medical clinic. But there may be no urgency yet. To put your mind at ease, contact them sooner than later.

Good luck.
