I'm 19 years old and for about 2-3 years now I have noticed that there is a painless lump on the bottom of each one of my testicles, pretty much in the same spot on both. I don't feel any discomfort and they usually don't appear until I take a hot shower or right before and after ejaculation. I'm just wondering what they are or if I should be concerned.

I don’t think you should be concerned because you probably ran into anatomical bumps. A reason to be less worried is that there are two at both testicles at the same place.
I don’t know if you are aware of a presence of an epididymis, a long lumpy tube that spreads from bottom to the top of the testicle itself, inside the scrotum.

This tube is made for holding sperm until it is ready to be ejaculated and is actually very, very long but packed up and is lumpy, so what you felt could have been just one of these lumps. Considering you don’t have any problems with it, and that they are only felt from time to time, I reckon these are harmless.

However, if you notice any other related problems, see a doc as soon as possible or if you can’t put your mind at ease, see a doc anyway.
