go to your doctor immediately.....this could be a sign of testicular cancer......this type of cancer is very common among young men and usually causes no harm if taken care of early so go.....do not be afraid of missing a testicle everything will work the same and a prosthesis will be put in for the one removed...(it will still look like u have 2 but one is fake)
