OK this is a strange one and I haven't been able to find anything similar anywhere on the internet! I have 3 solid lumps within my penis/scrotum area, but none of them are attached in any way to my testicles. All three lumps are solid and painless to squeeze. Some details:

There's a pea-sized lump attached completely behind both testicles on the end of its own bit of cord. It feels as if it's connected somewhere around the very back of the urethra, closer to the anus than the testicles. The cord it's attached to is about 2cm long and the lump is free-hanging and not attached to the testicles or any of the related tubing.

The other two lumps (which feel exactly the same) are in a completely different place. They're kind of next to my penis, on the left side as I look down on it, and I have to feel upwards towards the pubis bone to feel them. These two are fixed in place, unlike the other one. Again, they're in no way connected to the testicles. They're definitely contained within the scrotal skin, and not just next to it in the groin. Of these two lumps, one is pea-sized, the other is about a fifth of a pea..

The lumps feel exactly like the inguinal lymph nodes below my hips, except they seem to be in the wrong place. I've looked all over the internet and read about the various lumps that people feel in their testicles and none match what I have. I'm 99% sure that they are lymph nodes, but I can't work out why they would be where they are!

Just to clarify (again), the lumps are 100% unconnected to the testicles.

If they are lymph nodes, then why are they in my scrotum and what does this mean? If they're not, then what could they be?

If you read all of my ramblings, then thanks!

Cheers :D

Edit: I forgot to say that they've been there for quite a few months and I haven't been ill at all.

I have discovered a pea sized lump under the skin on my scrotum. It is not connected to my testicles. What does this mean?

I'm 15, and I feel a number of soft, squishy lumps above my left testicle. I'm not sure if it's connected or anything, but they're painless. Are these lumps normal in the scrotum area?
