3 large skin coloured lumps on the underside of my penis very disturbing NOT small pimples big lumps

Hi, I'm 13 years old and discovered a lump on the underside of my penis about 4 months ago. I have been searching around because obviously I knew this is not normal. since then I have discovered 2 more lumps in the exact same place. One seems to be moving towards the front of my penis. They are attached to the skin as when I lift it up they stick to the skin. They are inside the skin. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
