I am very worried I've been sore around the vagina for about 4 days now and i thought it was because my boyfriend and i had too rough of sex, i looked with a mirror and it just seemed to be cut. was excruciating pain to pee, i thought not too worry and just let it heal. but at the same time i was feeling constipated and finally when i was able to go it hurt my anus and it continues to hurt quite badly. i looked with a mirror again yesterday and noticed two painful bumps near my vagina. now today it is still swollen, mostly in the perineum and i've noticed whiteness close to anus (not bumps, i dont think) but it is all very painful to touch. It hurts to walk, bend over, sit, get up.... it does not itch but sometimes i will have like spams of itchiness in the anus area and it just makes me twitch. before all of this happened i went to the doctor because i thought i had a bladder infection, the doctor gave me a pap smear right after for sti and a vaginal infection. that was what she suspected it to be. tests came back clear, but about 2 weeks later i went into the hospital because it was clear i had a bladder infection, super painful and frequent when i pee'd and blood in the urine. I am sick of not knowing what's going on with me and I've booked another appointment to get examined but that isn't for another 2 to 3 weeks. also, the town i live in, i don't consider the doctors to be as dependable as i would like. somebody please help somehowwww I am soo freaked out! I've been looking up symptoms all day and it all leads to hemmroids or a vaginal infection and i'm just hoping to god i do not have herpes or anything.

My guess is that you have a yeast infection. There are over the counter creams that you can get at the local pharmacy. If the problem continues, see another physician.
