Perineum Cuts again! .. Why is that??

I experienced a cut in the perineum area 3 months ago, it waz due to makin out wid ma bf but it wasnt real sex .. The dr. gave me antiobiotics and local creams to apply on the cuts . It healed and she told me that i wouldnt need any stetches and it wouldnt open up once again as long as i stop havin sex or approachin this area .. I havent even made out wid a guy since then .. But am experiencin an itchin feeling in my vagina .. i looked on the perineum in the mirror and it looked fine . i wiped it with a tissue and a very tiny blood spots appeared on the tissue !! .. Am expectin my period soon as its late this month .. but i dont think that my period wud b the reason for these small blood spots!! :S:S but the dr. told me that the cut wouldnt open up again as long as i dont approach it!! .. HELP! .. am shiverin rite now n i've got no idea abt wat cud it b????
