Spotting but no intercourse and still a virgin

Hi! My girlfriend has spotting, she is irregular so we can't predict when's the next, her last cycle was 41 days though. Anyway, we are very worried, especially she's having brown spotting yesterday and a little bit today, yet last night, about 3AM, she peed and when she wiped she saw bright red blood with a small chunk on it, the thing is, we have never done intercourse, plus her hymen is still intact, but we do oral together, hand, showered and slept naked once, but I did not ejaculated on her vagina or near, whenever I ejaculate I wash with soap and rest, so does she, but today we are freaking out because of the spotting, we are expecting her period next week though and she already has symptoms like tender and sore breasts and some pimples, no cramps yet, but she does have spotting, which is why we are freaking out. PLEASE help us! We would appreciate for a reply and help!
