Spotting continued after a week since missed pill??

Hello everyone. I started taking progesterone-pills( azalia ) this month. I always take them everyday at the same time. Last monday i missed a pill because i wasn't at home, so next day, when i got home i took that pill and proceeded to continue to take the pills at the usual time. Wednesday the same week i started spotting dark brown color, and Thursday and Friday i started having a period-color flow that needed a tampon. Saturday until today( Thursday next week ) i am spotting very little blood, with solid fragments of blood. The spotting color is period blood-like and i only spot at certain times of the day. My boyfriend and i always practice safe sex( condoms) so it is not implantation bleeding. I would like to know if this is normal( to continue spotting a week after a missed pill ) and when it will completely cease? Thanks everyone in advance for the help.
