I was on the birth control seasonique for about 2 years and recently decided to try and have a baby. I stopped taking it and have been off for about 7 months now. Before my periods were very light and only about 3 days long...now they are so heavy I have to change super tampons atleast once an hour and they last 7 to 8 days. I have monitored my ovulation days and we have had sex on the days that I am supposed to be most fertile but still nothing is happening. Should I worry that something is wrong with one of us? :-)

It can certainly take a while to conceive after coming off the pill - 7 months is not uncommon. I usually recommend that couples under 30 wait for at least a year before getting investigated. Otherwise you risk a lot of possibly unnecessary anxiety and expense.
