Trasadone was prescribed to a co-worker, some time ago, as a sleep aide. He reported seeing visions (hallucinations?) of deceased relatives and talking to people in Spanish-a language he is not fluent in at all. I was intrigued by the the description and I was wondering if similar occurences had been described by others taking this medication.

I'm a 16 year old Teenager, ever since I turned 13 I started visualizing visions while my eyes are closed. I can stair at a white wall with no colors around me that can attract my eye to any brightness around me if I can concentrate enough I can start seeing this one house over and over again time to time. I can see people talking to each other laughing looking straight at me and I get this really strong energy in me whats unexplainable. It can be Beyond Enlightenment connecting with the other side or maybe its a sign or illusion. I ask people this "have you ever had any visions when you close your eyes and start visualizing people trees or anything! Nope all they said your crazy. I have talked to some people who have visions like I do too. But their story's allot different then mine. Maybe this can be our imagination if we concentrate too hard. Maybe its a physic ability sometimes I take a step into a house I never been in before I can all already feel energy that theirs a ghost in the house. Every time I asked is this place haunted I get a yes and seeing a ghost in the mirror on the first day sleeping at a house is pretty bizarre. If you get visions like I do tell me your side of the story thanks for your time.

I have just read both account with great interest.
I experience clear and vivid hallucinations consistently with the use of Paracetamol.
They become apparent when resting with my eyes closed. They tend to vary in theme,but are always crystal in clarity.
I can recall staring at the ceiling of my apartment and thinking how strange it felt for some reason only to realise I had my eyes closed!
I often have clear visions of insignificant objects,people,buildings and trees from the strangest perspectives.
The darkness behind my closed eyes is never absolute black and if I concentrate my mind into the center of it,I can see a precise lattice of dots all spinning in at an angle direction.
