suspicous opacities in left apex

hi sir..i had a tuberculosis before way back 2010 but im ok by the year 2011, it was cleared in my xray.. but when i took an xray last week my result was suspicious opacities are seen in the left apex and apocolordic view is suggested for clarification..what does that mean sir?i had my new work and i dont want to get failed in my medical..is my tubercolosis coming back?or is it only the scar of my previous tuberculosis?pls help me.tnx

Hi Hazel,

It COULD be scars from your prior case.

The apicolordotic is just an x-ray from a different angle to better image the apices, tops, of the lung.

You'll need more tests to determine if it has come back - IF the x-ray doesn't resolve this.
