Hi, I am 18 years old and was circumcised on October 27 2015. Today is the 13 of February. The stitches dissolved after about 5 and a half weeks and the cut line is fine. However, the space starting at the cut line and ending at the beginning of the head of my penis is still swollen. I have been able to masturbate regularly but being careful not to do it roughly because of the swelling. My frenelum was also removed and the area where it used to be also swells up after masturbation. I have been wrapping a bandage around the area from the cut line to the beginning of the head of my penis (the area where my penis is swollen) tightly enough so that it makes the swelling go down but is not uncomfortable or cuts off blood circulation. I leave the bandage on overnight and when I wake up I take it off. Every morning after taking the bandage off, the swelling is pretty much gone but when I check to see how it is later in the day, i notice that the swelling has come right back. I am very tired of this and want the swelling to go away as soon a possible so I can continue with my sex life. I need tips on what to do to make this swelling go away please. Thanks a lot.

The same thing I want to know. I have never heard that someone had this issue, but my husband has the similar problem. He was 37 when he needed to do this procedure and since that day we didn't know anything about all those possible circumcision complications. Whenever we wanted to have an intercourse, he started to swell a lot, so much that he started to feel some headaches, etc. We don't know the explanation, the doctor doesn't know as well, so I was also wondering did you found the cure for this or some realistic explanation? We would appreciate it.
