Hi ....my mother started with pain on her left knee. About two weeks ago her knee started to swell and we thought that maybe she had hit herself on a door or something she told us that she hadnt and we didnt pay much attention at the time. The swelling continued throughout this week and her pain got so strong that she decided to come to the hospital. The doctors could not find what was wrong with her knee. They kept her at the hospital for obsevation. The next day her other knee wa starting to hurt a lot but by the end of the day she has excruciating pain. This knee is not swollrn however it hurts more than the other. The doctors have done x-rays, blood tests, and all kinds of stuff and they still cant find what is wrong. She has been given Morphine and Percocet but it doesnt help it just makes her vomit.....i dont know what to do the doctors dont know what to do can anyone relate? Or maybe give some kind of answer or suggestion? Her pain level is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.
