Hi my boyfriend is having the same problem kind of. This situation is really bothering me. Hello i had the same problem what you have to do is put both of your thumbs on the head of the penis and with both of your pointer and index finger on the ring part.- push your thumbs down on the head, next is you have to push up on the ring part with your index finger and your pointer finger all the way up over the head of the penis then bam complete !
