Taking Cerazette, feeling nauseous

I'm really worried please can any1 HELP

Right around 1 yr ago i stopped taking Cerazette the mini pill that stops your periods as my partner and i decided we would like to start having children since last yr my periods haven't returned but this isnt actually my issue - oh as a FYI we have been having unprotected sex for a year this will make sense later in the post :-)

well i came back from hols on 7th August this year i woke up on Monday morning 9th August and felt sick after an hour of trying to be sick i did eventually vomit then slept for the whole day feeling really horrible but other than feeling really tired i had no other symptoms. Now i had to return to work Tuesday as i have a new job and sickness is not allowed within first 3 months but still felt nauseous and still today 6 days later i have on and off sickness feeling but not actually vomiting and every time i eat i want to be sick even tho im not. I REALLY want peoples opinions on this as i dont want to take an unnecessary test and get my hopes up
