Im 14 years old, 15 in August. i have been on different add and adhd medicens since 3rd grade i am now in 9th grade and i take Conserta. i dont take it on weekends but only when i have school. its to improve my grades and help my focus. i noticed that when i DO take it i have loss in appitite, but i can still eat. other wise if i DONT take it, i always seem hungry. so alot of the time when i eat is on weekends, and it seems the weight kind of just keeps adding on. im 14 and i weigh around 130 pounds and im 5 foot 3inches. i loose weight fast, but gain it a little faster. it seems to all go to the same place.., theighs. summer is coming and i dont want to look Chunky on my theighs. we have like 3 months til' summer starts. am i overweight? how do i loose it off of my theights? is it my medicen? pleaase help.

Best way to lose weigh is to excerise and have a healthy diet. You are no overweigh but you are above average weigh for your age and height.
