I'm 13 and want to lose 7 to 10 pounds over the summer. I am 5 foot 2 and weigh 103 pounds. I also want to grow over the summer like 3 inches. How do I lose weight and grow? I can take vitamins.

Don't take vitamins!!! yes they will maybe kind of do what you want them to but they will knock all your other vitamins down like nutrition levels etc.. please dont!! and wanting to loose weight!! please never diet! not untill you're a adult..you need to eat abit of everything protein calcuim etc and if you dont get all your nutrients your body wont fully develop and parts of you body will be weak so please dont do that! best way to 'still healthy' is to eat abit of everything, cut down of sweet and chocolate:) and i'm not too sure on how to grow hehe xx
