I'm 23, weigh 9st 9lbs and i'm 5ft. I don't have a time limit in which to loose weight I just need to loose it!!!!!. My confidence is non-existent and my boyfriend hates when I carry a coat just so I can hide my stomach and I never wear anything unless it's baggy.
I have a pretty good diet anyway (though I do slip on the weekends but I never really go that bad) I love fruit and vege and eat them alot, love fish and lean protein and I am a member of a gym but it's just not shifting. I try to eat every 3 hours (that usually ends up only being 3 meals but I do snack as well, usually just fruit or really low fat snacks e.g Graze Box)
I'm unemployed so I don't do hardly anything during the day, I'm guessing that's partly why but as I burn so much at the gym (usually 600ish calories) I would of though that would of made up for it?
Just any more tips would be great,
Aiming to loose a Stone minimum, as this will put me right in the middle of healthy weight.

As per yr quote for weight loss...you are in hurry for tht.
1-Dont take tension for loose weight first.
2-Use Morning walker 15 min/twice/day.
3-drink lots of drinking water even in lunch/dinner.
4-dont take dinner after 7pm.
5-Take Isabgol(Psyllium seed husks) 2/3 times/day as per yr weight.
6-do 30 min exercise .
within 15 day you feel something better and better.
