8years back when i was playing cricket with rubber my right testicle is hit by ball so it became litter bigger than my left.recently i got govt job(related to police department) they asked me to attend the medical examination so fearing about my problem.can i fit for my job or not please the reply as early as possible....

It's normal for your testicles to be of slightly different size. In any case I don't think they'd reject you because of it just ask that you have it checked out, which you should have done 8 years ago.
If it's been this long without problems, it's likely OK.
