I had a cryo done 3 weeks ago. It's my boyfriend's birthday Saturday, we'd really like to have sex. It's been nearly 6 weeks because I had a complicated period prior to this procedure, leading me to the gyno's office initially. Anyway, last week I was allowed to start nyastin because I also had BV (lucky me!) and I know it's from the cream, because that's when it started, but I've got like really thick white stuff in there. It's not really coming out of me, but I noticed in the shower while cleaning myself and I guess from the pressure of urinating it'd get pushed a bit. Anyway, it's kinda like when you get toilet paper down there and you've gotta clean it off. Everyone's been there, I hope haha. But it's the same way little clumps of white but it's obviously not toilet paper.

What the heck is this?!?!?! I need this gone, I love my boyfriend we've been together for over a year now and I trust him not to be grossed out. But is this safe?

What you have described definitely does sound like you have a yeast infection now - you have all the symptoms - thick, white discharge that does get sort of like torn toilet paper when you wipe. This is definitely a reaction both to cryo and to Nystatin treatment for bacterial vaginosis, so if you have sex now, before you get rid of the yest infection you will only transfer it to your boyfriend and it will then come back to you so you two will both in trouble. I think it would be best if you took some OTC yeast infection treatment - they usually need about three days to clear things up and than have sex.
