Yes, this could be caused by a yeast infection that will always cause a thick white discharge that sticks to the insides of your vagina walls until you have sex when it gets pushed out. But, if you don't have any other symptoms of yest infection like swelling, redness and itching all this could just be your normal discharged. Normal vaginal discharge are just old cells that needs to be cleaned out. Cramps in the middle of your period could be ovulation crams - some women do experience them occasionaly and especially if there is an infection.

I'm not sure about the cramps ...but I cum white stuff too & I actually think it's normal ...bc when you're turned on your vagina will create a natural lubricant & when you finish even more seems to come out. For me at least. Another thing to think about it ... at different times in your cycle you're inside discharge changes consistency ... I'm not 100% sure of the accuracy of this but I've read it somewhere. Although ... If you think you're infected though you should see a doc.
